Shipping & Returns

We hope there is no need to issue a return for your new stationery! If you do find yourself needing to return an item, please take a look below. If you still need help, feel free to send me an email at kathrinefraley@gmail.com

RETURNS

You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase, to up to 14 days after the date you receive your goodies. Simply send an email across to kathrinefraley@gmail.com to let me know what you'd like to return, wrap it back up securely (ideally in the original packaging) and send it back to:

Your refund will be processed upon arrival of the return, in a saleable condition, and can be expected to be returned to you in up to 7 working days.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or it's just plain old not-what-you-ordered, send an email to kathrinefraley@gmail.com with details so we can get the situation sorted! You may be asked to provide a photo or two of the issue so we can assess the situation.

SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM MST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We offer First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping, however it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, I will still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. Shipping during holiday periods (due to a high volume of orders) may take up to 36 hours after placement when placed Monday - Friday before 2PM MST. 
 
*The Goyave Paperie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
